"As a solo female traveler I felt completely safe here! The breakfast was great, the staff are all so helpful and kind, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station which was amazing! "
"Kudos to the staff who are very accomodating and friendly! The front desk lady, who I forgot her name went above and beyond by accomodating us to check in early as we had a long flight from USA. Thank you Yarn hotel! We had a very great experience at your hotel. "

"Great hotel and location for the price. Very friendly and efficient staff. Mauro was very helpful with check in and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and sights to see. The coffee and tea available 24hrs was a nice touch. Very close to the botanical gardens which was lovely. "
"I had read mixed reviews on this hotel so was a bit worried. Sofia checked us in and was very friendly and helpful about which tram to get into Zurich. The room was very clean and seemed as it had maybe been upgraded. Seemed very new.
Coop 2 min walk away and tram stop right outside."
"The hotel is very nice when you enter and the room was pleasant too. I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room.
We also got a dressing gown and slippers which we were able to use to go down to the pool in. The pool and sundeck was an added bonus for our stay. It was nice to have a swim and then relax after a busy day out and about.
The location was easy to get to via tram from the station, just needed to take number 3. The stadium is only a couple of minutes walk which was also helpful. There was also a fridge in the room, which again was another bonus. We didn't have breakfast (as it was quite expensive) so can't comment on the restaurant facilities but apart from that, great hotel, great reception area to sit and nice comfortable beds. Quite, dark rooms, great!"
