"Room was a good size, clean and well presented, could have taken an armchair. Bath clean and tidy Room was warm and you were able to turn up/down radiator. Would rebook in February after this visit. "

"Courteous reception staff and although we knew we had arrived early (as we were having afernoon tea down the road, as the room was ready we were allowed to check in early, which saved leaving things in a cold car for a few hours. Room was spacious and quiet with great facilities, toiletries, coffee machine, bottles of water etc which were replenished daily. Great breakfast options with tea and coffee refills on request. Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds with courteous, polite and helpful staff, A refreshing change these days. "

"Lovely hotel, beautiful old main house with wood fires, panelled rooms, lots of lounges and spots to relax. Friendly reception and clean modern rooms in the mews. Plus two cats! Only thing to mention is that the signs for the outbuildings were a bit difficult to see when we arrived (in the dark & heavy rain), maybe they could be illuminated too? Otherwise a nice place to stay, we would like to go back and explore more of the history, grounds, bunker and restaurant."
