"Fantastic location right across from Windsor Castle, a great mall, tons of restaurants and an Ivy Restaurant on the corner! Staff is lovely but hotel is in need of TLC."

"We had a great time here. The staff was great, eating breakfast by the river was amazing! For travelers, the parking is easy if you arrange it ahead of time. The lot at the train station is a short walk. Arrange it ahead of time with the hotel. They have their own area in there for you to park. This hotel is close to places to eat and very close to Windsor Castle!"

"This hotel is extremely big; many rooms are in flat-style blocks that feel disjointed from the main hotel, but it's good for big events. The drinks are at a high premium rate but the staff lack knowledge of how they should be served. The pool is family-friendly, so it's not good for couples looking to relax. Our bathroom needed some TLC, the bath panel had blown, however, Penhaligons soap is a nice treat. The outside areas are lovely for walks. "

"Lovely pool area for children and adult areas in the spa. It was really busy with a lot of spa guests we couldn’t get anywhere to sit and realised when we left that spa guests had rudely left wet towels on the loungers after they’d left making us think they were taken. The entrance hall is lovely but has stairs whichever way you enter which is odd when they know people will bring cases. The rooms are really dated but clean. Our lamps didn’t work by the window, only half the room could be lit up. We had a family room with 2 single beds set up, one had a mattress and topper, the other just a topper so it sunk down without any weight on. We asked reception twice to rectify it but they didn’t. Breakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were excellent and polite. This is our 2nd visit, not as good as our first one and I don’t think we’d return, sorry"

"This hotel & the brilliant staff working there (Michael, Matthew, Hannah just to name a few!!!) made our stay in Windsor fantastic!!! Great location 👍 rooms are lovely (ours was a dog friendly room too!!!) classy décor & cosy beds; bathroom was excellent plus large walk-in shower!!! Car parking very secure 👍 We definitely recommend this hotel & we will certainly be visiting again ✅"

"Just got back from a 2 night stay, Lovely hotel, staff very accommodating, great breakfast. Our room was clean but small, had everything in it, tv, hairdryer, safe, iron & ironing board. Bed very comfy. Not too far to walk to the castle/shops. The pub called the Windsor castle done a great steak. Would return"

"We had a meal in the restaurant one evening and it was good. The staff were very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean modern en suite. Only downside was the bathroom extractor wasn’t working and it looked like some maintenance was ongoing because we could see up into the void above and our headboard could have done with a deep clean. Saying that, my daughter’s room was great. The hotel is in a fantastic location on the river, with a circular walk which crosses over a little footbridge and all within 15-20 minutes drive from Windsor. "
