"The hotel is outdated but location is great if you need easy access to Heathrow Airport. A local bus stops right outside the hotel. The food in hotel dining room is fine since there are not many choices nearby within walking distance. "

"Not extraordinary, but does it’s function! Rooms are standard, and cleanness was somewhat poor. But the cafeteria area is really nice and illuminated, breakfast menu is fresh."

"Lovely grounds and excellent staff. The deluxe room was nice. It was tired, it would benfit from a fixutres and fitting refresh. We were comfortable and I wouldn't let this stop me booking again. The jacuzzi was not operational on both day and this was disappointing. I feel something could have been done to compensate for this. The pool was also a touch cold for me. I booked 2 treatments. I was initially over charged for these but this was rectified when I made it known. Cocktails were fantastic although expensive, especially with service charges added on!"
