"The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage."

I enjoyed the location and found it easy to navigate to different places around the lake. This hotel goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met! "This place was great! The front desk staff was very helpful and the service was exceptional. I don’t know if I was in the off season but not a lot of people went to the social events which was a shame since they provided really fun activities. I would definitely book with them again :)"
