Had a superb family holiday and we were looked after superbly by the wonderful staff. The snorkeling beach was amazing.

Quiet. Clean. Well staffed. Pools and gym first class. Uncrowded in off season. Lovely architectural aesthetics. Enjoyed complimentary Pilates, yoga sessions. Made regular use of free bikes to explore the surrounds.

Check-in at the hotel was good with staff being attentive and the process was very efficient. There was some confusion on check-in with us being Accor silver status members and benefits that should be applied. The room was well appointed and spacious with an ocean view. The aircon in our room was very noisy and was reported to the hotel front desk, but the problem did not seem to be rectified. This is everything you could want from a 5-star hotel and resort. The staff are fabulous, genuinely interested in your wellbeing, and will go out of their way to help you. The resort, was clean stylish and well appointed. Excellent onsite premium food options, stunning rooms with furniture that not only looks good but is designed to be comfortable too. Absolutely amazing, not a bad thing can be said about this hotel. You must visit to see yourself. I highly recommend getting a room with a plunge pool, very affordable aswell. You honestly can't fault ANYTHING about this hotel.. Will 100% comeback

We had a great time, the staff were friendly, the facilities were great and the breakfast buffet every morning had plenty of options. If you want to do all inclusive you would never have to leave the resort. Our three year old was in the pool everyday, the beach is just down the steep hill. (Prefered Karon than Kata personally. Food options and night market dish three hill have cheaper food if you want to explore like us. Request the more updated rooms if possible, a few things wrong or not...

Such a beautiful resort and the perfect location. Close enough to Patong beach but also just far enough away from the wild party that is Bangla walking St. Staff were amazing and breakfast buffet was incredible. Our room was great, devine view, comfy pillows, air-conditioning.

Absolutely adore this place I've been 3 times now and only want to stay here when I'm in Phuket! Love the rooms, the environment, the culture and everything about this place!! 100% recommend this place to anyone

upon arrival i was treated as a real guest and because i had booked through Expedia i was shown into the VIP room given a cold beverage and was given a brochure as to what was on offer at the Novotel.

Location was picture perfect - Very Quiet and the rooms were very nice What I dint like - We had to pay 200 Baht every time for the shuttle services to go 5 min into the Karon / Kata centre one way - Hotel should organize free shuttle services to atleast get to the major dinining or shopping facilities near the Resort
