Beautiful historic house set in peaceful countryside. The owners and staff were very friendly and attentive. We also booked the Sunday lunch which was delicious and spent the evening sitting by a log fire in a snug room with a cheeseboard and bottle of wine. Our bedroom was stunning. We only had an overnight stay but would love to go back for a longer stay one day.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed and had modern facilities. The hotel was in a good location for visiting sites in the area. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also excellent.

The room was great Staff helpful and an excellent breakfast

Check in was great and property owners are fantastic. On site parking is not available so you have to use surrounding roads. This requires parking on pavements a short distance away which is not convenient and very annoying in places as the vehicles on the pavements did not leave enough room for cases to get tthrough. Great interesting and comfortable place to stay. The owners were very approachable and willing to make our stay enjoyable.

Had a great stay at Loftsome Bridge Staff were so welcoming and helpful in all aspects of hospitality. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making us feel at home during our stay ❤️

Chose this accommodation as it is close to family we were visiting. It was exactly as described and the hosts were very accessible and accommodating. The sofa was more comfortable than it looked, basic breakfast provisions were provided, it was clean and comfortable, easy to find, easy to park and the heating worked very well. It was walking distance to a supermarket and to a pub which we visited for a drink. We would have preferred having a washing machine rather than a dishwasher (which we...

Nice roadside motel. Good parking in front of your room. Great staff. Nice breakfast.

The experience of our stay was of the highest standard - staff, room, facilities and breakfast were of the highest quality.

This is a great apartment to stay in, close to the city and easy walking around. The only downfall is that it is quite noisy on the weekend and the church bells (although lovely) are very disturbing during the night.
