10/10 Excellent
"This hotel has been on my list of preferred accommodations for some time, and I am delighted that my daughter and I had the opportunity to experience it. The complimentary cookie upon arrival was a delightful touch. The location is ideal, and the parking facilities are excellent, priced at only £12 for the entire day. While more economical options were available nearby, I prioritized safety and security in my choice. The room was exceptional, featuring effective blackout curtains. Although we did not partake in the breakfast, it appeared to be an impressive spread, complementing the hotel's award-winning restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel; you will not be disappointed."

"Our suite was very comfortable and well presented. Staff were helpful, but no wifi in our room and couldn't get either of the TV sets to work as we lacked the capacity to scan a code. Not a big problem. Excellently situated between the Lincoln castle and cathedral and surrounded by little shops and eateries."
