In the hotel there are the people speaking good English, but they were absent when we checked-in and out. As a result it took 30 minutes to be checked-in and 40 minutes to be checked-out. But the worst thing was that the girl at the reception (don't remember her name, it was the evening of January, 25, 2024) refused to give us the reporting documentation.
