"The hotel was full of personality and charm, each room had a different vibe but all were spotless and comfortably furnished. Staff were lovely and friendly and accomodating. Hotel is situated in the heart of the town amongst an array of interesting shops...great place to stay!"

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. "Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. Our room had staining around the toilet bowl no shower curtain so the floor was flooded and dangerous. There was...

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"J'ai adoré cette chambre d'hôtes! La cadre est sublime avec la vue sur le grand jardin, la rivière au fond, la glycine en fleurs au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Excellent endroit pour l'observation des oiseaux. Chambre très grande et confortable, salle de bain très jolie, fonctionnelle et propre. Hôtes très sympathiques. À savoir que le parking n'est pas pour une voiture qui elle a été garée un peu plus loin au parking public. Centre-ville de Castres très proche à pied. Petit déjeuner excellent...

"Nous sommes venus mon conjoint et ma fille de 7ans pour passer une semaine dans cette jolie maisonnette et nous avons eté très enjoués par l’endroit! Felicity est une hote très attentionnée et chaleureuse☺️ La maison est idéalement placée pour visiter la region, et proche des commerces ! Elle se trouve cachée au fond d’un magnifique petit jardin on se sent dans un cocon de verdure tres calme! La maison etait tres propre et fonctionnelle et nous y avons tres bien dormis!
