"Easy access to Mt Buller. Bus transfers and ski hire available at resort, making it easy to drop off ski gear after a long day at the snow. The kids loved the under cover pool which was warm enough to swim in, in winter. Large modern (renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. Staff went above and beyond to post back an item my son left behind in the room"

"We stayed in the base family room that has a double and a bunk bed. All updated. Small but perfect for what we needed which was day trips to the snow. Fab location to walk to restaurants etc and easy parking. Great rate that included an excellent breakfast too. However, the rooms you can hear pretty much everything in the corridors (they actually supply ear plugs). Level 2 on Saturday night we didn’t hear the bar. It was other guests. So as much as it really suited our needs, if you’re a light...

"Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile."

"Room is good and tidy, They provide kitchen utensil, stove and microwave. So we able to cook if we want to. The main bedroom was abit hot at night, but over all we are happy to stay in this hotel/apartemen. Staff also very friendly and comunicative."
