"From the first moment, service was friendly and efficient. Check-in was seamless. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The sink was separate to the bathroom, with no door to the sink area. Breakfast was great. Evening meals were very good, although there was a hiccup with our dessert (mudcake) coming 3/4 frozen after a long period of time. The bar staff were tardy in coming to customers waiting to be seated. All in all a great place and we would come again."

The only thing that let it down ever so slightly, according to my booking confirmation from Expedia, my checkout time was 11am, but the hotel stopped my room key working at 10am. Maybe there is a miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia?"
