"The room was nice and clean and the staff was polite"

"The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. The room itself was probably newly renovated with nice bathrooms and wood floors. We were jet lagged so didn't have the energy to see Naples and our primary goal was to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The one employee I met was quite helpful, but the “smart” tv wouldn’t stream a single thing, I had to fix the tv myself in order for it to play anything on cable, not a single English Channel! They did tidy up the room during turn down service but did not replace the towels and the bed has no duvet just a woollen type blanket and a sheet. Other than that, the room was nice with a pretty cool set up. The entrance to the hotel feels a little sketchy but it adds to the charm of the place in my opinion. Tiny little exterior elevator inside a small courtyard entrance with a massive old wooden double door to the street, during the evenings and mornings there is a tiny little man door in the massive wooden door that you open to get in and out. It’s very quiet inside the complex but once you get out that wooden door it’s a super busy bustling little area with a ton of locals and tourists. Lots of places to eat and little shops everywhere. All in all I would rate it a 6.5/10."
