This hotel is a hidden gem! A little tricky to find but so close to the metro, funicular, shopping, food etc. The room was spacious, the staff were amazing and the rooftop terrace and hot tub were a nice addition. Breakfast was perfect. Thank you so much to all the staff for a lovely trip to Napoli. We will definitely be back.

We had a really nice stay. It was so hot in Naples when we visited but rest assured the air conditioning was fantastic at the hotel. Breakfast was light and lovely and on the rooftop. Didn’t get to use the hot tub because it was just so hot out. Lovely staff. Very accessible to all areas of Naples

Excellent experience. I loved the $10,000 mattress. The bathrooms were gorgeous HOWEVER I almost cancelled my reservation because of the lead picture was the hottub. Replace that hottub picture with the view from rooftop bar. The rooms were soundproof with very heavy quiet doors. Staff was excellent

Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Naples. The location is outstanding and makes it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of options. However, on some days the terrace became quite hot because there was no shaded area available, which made it less comfortable to sit outside. The bathroom door in our room did close, but not fully, which was a minor inconvenience and could use some attention. A special mention goes to Francesca at reception, who was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Despite these minor issues, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers visiting Naples.
