The property is off a main street, on the 1st floor. Its family run, and they cleaned and set the rooms every day. The breakfast was a buffet with good italian coffee. We had 5 nights there and loved Naples....

Great location - easy to walk to many sites, restaurants and street markets. Clean and modern rooms - a lot bigger than we were expecting. First, I contacted the property a few days earlier to mention what time we would be checking in. They responded promptly and said that he would be there and no problem (we were not sure when we would arrive, sometime between 5 and 6 pm). When we arrived at the property and buzzed in, Angelo met us at the door and was extremely hospitable checking us in. He provided us with information about the area, along with his recommended sites. The room was excellent and fit our needs just fine. Clean and well maintained. The breakfast was light, which is how we like it. No complaints at all from us. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the location. Lots of shops, restaurants and stuff to see. On our last morning, they ordered us a cab and off to the train station, which is easily within walking distance too if you’re travelling light. Overall would highly recommend U259B&b Napoli. We would not hesitate to stay here again either. Thanks Angelo!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center, so it's incredibly convenient for exploring all the main attractions. The hotel itself is spotless, with well-maintained rooms and modern amenities. What really stood out, though, was the excellent hospitality. The host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples!

1. 15 minutes walk from the Train station 2. Very well renovated clean and quiet room 3. The breakfast was provided from 8AM but we had to leave the B&B around 7AM but we could get yogurt banana and dry bread. 4. We recommend this B&B
