The hotel was delightful. They have kept up the vibe of it's former glory as a Palace. The housekeeping were exceptional cleaning the room everyday and setting up the room in the evening by turning on AC. We always came back to a nice cool room after being out in the heat all day. The location is incredible on a pedestrain-only street with lovely shops and restaurants. Interestingly we took the undergound Naples tour in the Spanish Quarter and walked through tunnels underground. The exit was at the hotel, which was terrific. We learned additional historical significant information about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout-out Gino who was always pleasant and helpful at breakfast.

This place is run down and needs a major upgrade. Our room had yellowed old wallpaper with scuffed up walls with drywall showing. The hotel was in a great location that had a balcony overlooking the street below. It was very noisy at night from street activity. Only two wall electrical outlets worked. Getting back into the hotel early evening was a challenge. The huge outside door was locked. No one answered the intercom system although two people were sitting at the desk when we finally got access in because someone was leaving through the door.

Had an amazing time in Naples. Hotel is in a great location close to the metro and many wonderful restaurants and shopping areas. We had a ton of questions for the staff and they were very helpful, as well as amenable to a late checkout on request. Breakfast was okay, but the breakfast cappuccino made up for any disappointment. Room was a bit hot, probably the biggest downside.

Great place to stay.

This is our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to next year. The location is great you can do so many things in the surrounding area but what makes it perfect is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful and really sets you up for a day exploring Naples. Do not hesitate to stay here.

A lovely family-run hotel in a quiet residential street in Ischia Porto Very well located, 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the harbour We had a large room, very simply furnished, and the bathroom, which had a shower, was somewhat old-fashioned but worked well We had a very simple, typical Italian breakfast, of cereal, fruits, bread, cheese, meat and various Italian sweet items There is a very nice swimming pool and a constantly replenished thermal pool So, a lovely hotel, we would certainly return to

Charming hotel in an excellent location within walking distance to everything. Overall clean and all the amenities. The rooms are a little small but to be expected in European hotels. The check-in and front desk person (sorry, I did not get her name) was excellent, courteous and always helped with a smile. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location, but very small room The hotel is in a fantastic location — right in the heart of Naples, close to everything. It's a great option for couples, as the space is quite limited. We were traveling with our 13-year-old daughter, and they placed a small single bed at the foot of ours, which made the room feel even tighter. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but definitely too small for three people. Breakfast was just okay — not bad, but nothing special. Overall, a good option for a short stay if you're a couple and want to be in the center of it all.

We arrived at night and couldn’t find the hotel. I finally had to call after pushing our suitcases up and down the street. They close the door at night and there’s no signage. Some members of the staff were very helpful with advice.
