Really beautiful accommodation. Staff were all very attentive & helpful. Only problem was on our last day when we were leaving early, we went for breakfast at 7am & the coffee was stone cold.

The rooftop terrace and restaurant alone make this property worth booking. Amazing views of Napoli and the bay day and night. The location is wonderful up on the hill out of the real hustle and bustle but also very accessible to everything with just a walk down the stairs right outside the hotel. Only one con for me was the lighting in the bathroom. Just a little dark and I forgot my lighted magnifying makeup mirror so getting ready was a bit of a challenge. I would definitely stay here again. Super comfy bed as well.

We stayed three nights to attend a wedding. The church was just a few feet away and the reception was held at the hotel. It was a lovely stay with amazing views. We were able to see much of Naples either by walking or taxi.

Hotel SFM was an amazing find. We only had one night but could have stayed longer. They arranged to pick us up at the port and the hotel is very close, yet situated on the mountain with amazing views of the Bay of Naples. An old monastery, the building itself is very interesting and the artwork spectacular. They also have a small pool where you can have a light lunch and the main restaurant is truly fabulous. Lastly, although we left very early, as our room included breakfast they actually packed a to-go bag for us which was very thoughtful. 5* from this recent guest.

Its an amazing and unique hotel, converted form an old monastery right on top of a hill overlooking Vesuvius, breathtaking views, great service and food.

This was a really old hotel which we normally like and is beautiful. However the bed was very hard, the AC barely worked and had zero hot water the next morning before we flew out. I mentioned to the clerk at checkout but he seems unfazed and didn’t speak English. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Very nice hotel — though the views of Naples are what make it special. Nice rooms. The pool is small but nice (mostly adults in it though our kids enjoyed it). Restaurant for lunch was quite good; the breakfast was fine but nothing special. Not in the center of town and best to cab in if you need to — but easy to get a taxi.

Definitely would come back. The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff very friendly and hospitable. The restaurants and bar were excellent and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. Antonio at the front desk was outstanding in customer service .

Swimming pool and dining terraces were superb , wonderful views out over the bay of Naples. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Vignetto dining spot was memorable with great reasonably priced food in a beautiful setting. The funiculare railway is the best way to get down into Naples centre and only takes a few minutes. Taxi are also plentiful and fast and relatively cheap.

No WiFi Called reception twice, nothing changed Then air conditioning wasn’t working Had to call again at 10.30 when the room was unbearable. Parking cost 40euros extra and the car came back with a scratch and a chip.
