The location, facility and the service & staff, all were great. The hotel warned us not to get fooled by the entrance and that was right. I wish I had more time to spend in the hotel garden but didn't get to. So lovely! "

"The room was very clean, everything seemed new, in a Scandinavian style. They look exactly like the website show. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near a couple of subway stations and many restaurants.
If you are going to be taking the train a lot to go to Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, etc. take into account that walking to either Toledo or Municipio subway station, taking the subway to Garibaldi, and walking to Napoli Centrale, takes about 40 minutes.

"Property access at arrival was awkward as we arrived early in the evening and had to check-in/pick up keys at a different hotel, a taxi ride away. Location was very good but not as central as we usually like, however we had compromised this because of our unfounded preconceived ideas of safety in the city. Room size was great and useable. Room was quiet and we pulled cafe table to beside the window for our in-room breakfasts. Common service area provided coffee as needed. Staff were all helpful...
