"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"Room was clean but more attention should be paid to moldy shower area and baseboards. Very random but a dead pigeon was found on our balcony, poor thing looked like it had been there for a minute. It was cleaned as soon as I walked in and saw it. NO Amenities. No food can be purchased in Caruso and you are not allowed to eat food brought in from outside, so I guess you cannot eat in your living quarters while in Naples. Also, there was no mention of the 20 or so steps you have to carry your suitcases up to get to front desk. Airport shuttle was also difficult and looks like I was charged 20Euro more than what is stated here in Expedia. Overall, nice location with a view but not worth 400 Euro a night."

"This property is inside the Galleria Umberto on the 4th floor and was hard to locate the entrance. When we finally arrived we were told the elevator “didn’t work so good” and we needed to use our feet. Meaning, take the stairs with our luggage without assistance. The shower was clogged and flooded the room with water. The TV did not work. We do not recommend staying here. I am sure there are better options. "

"We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

Walking distance to the Ferrry to all locations : Capri, Positano, Amalfi etc. Noemi was extremely helpful, the breakfast was sufficient with great pastries as a bonus to set you off for the morning.
