Wifi is good, conveniently located for the CBD and easy to find even for those with a truly terrible sense of direction. You're mostly paying for the cool looking building attached. Room amenities were pretty basic fare nothing terrible, nothing to sing about either. Concierge desk always very helpful and happy to look after bags after checkout and book a taxi if you want a final day of exploration before your flight. "

"This was the worst experience I had ever had with a hotel. Staff would not respond to any of my messages. I had to change my reservation. I sent several messages, and the staff ignored them all. Very unprofessional. "
