The office staff were very helpful and it only a short walk up the road to the Main Street were there were 4 or 5 choices for dinner

I booked an economy twin room at the Alpaca Manor for a corporate stay. Manor is a short driving distance from important amenities including the Albany bus stop and the Albany Westfield Mall. The room I stayed in had wonderful amenities, including air conditioning/heating (such a treat in the colder weather) and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The room was very spacious, with plenty of beds, wardrobe space, and ample room to move around. The bed was comfortable and warm. Also..WIFI access. An en-suite bathroom is very important to me when I travel. This bathroom was AMAZING, with modern design elements and strong shower water pressure. The room also had a deck, which added a nice touch to the space. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend it to any travellers.

I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard this place as top tier places to have stayed at during peak season and especially now during fall/winter months. I took extra care to rent a car and even joyed getting use driving on the left side of the road.

Great location with nearby shopping and groceries. Lovely room. Large and pretty looking bathroom. Very handy kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. Updated smart TV with Google capabilities. Mostly clean except the shower floor felt a bit too slippery, like it hadn't been properly scrubbed. Room 311 shower faucet hot and cold are opposites. We waited too long for the water to get hot so we tested it on the cold and it finally increased temperature. Besides that we found the room to be everything we needed for one night for a family of 3 with a 3 year old. Thanks for the brownie, too!

Near new Hotel, great room and fantastic staff, excellent location.
