Large open and spacious room. Nice and clean. Everything was perfect. I paid extra for parking for my double cab ute. It is VERY tight entry and exit but i managed it ok!

The biggest issue we had with our stay was the lighting in the room. It was quite poorly lit and all the color schemes in the room tended toward dark materials. A second issue was with the check-in. This was a mixed result depending on who was waiting on you. We arrived early and got conflicting stories about when the room would be available, and then we were not informed when it was finally available. The biggest positives were that the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Clean room, great layout. Housekeeping was good. Only thing missing was knives to butter toast...luckily we opted for cereal! Close to Westfield mall. On a one way street.Tricky to get out on busy times. Good parking.

“Maria” was a superstar! We are a regular returning guest to the Horizon, and for good reason but this time it really satisfied our experience to the utmost level! There was a minor condition with the initial room we checked-in and Maria came to assist us and made sure our returning stay at the Horizon is also to perfection. Me and my partner would like to give a massive shoutout to her for her professional service delivery and hospitality! Upon checking into the new suite room, our jaws dropped. Massive room size, surreal bathroom experience and the unbelievable view overlooking the cbd and harbour bridge. Absolutely one of the beat hotels we have ever experienced, from room conditions to staff’s welcomeness. We for sure will continue to return!
