We stayed 2 nights after our cruise. We didn't take any taxi and just went by foot from the cruise ship terminal. Personal is very polite and helpful. They alowed to keep our luggage at our first day as cruise ship arrived at 7 am. We also left our luggage at our third day for the whole day before our late night flight. Hotel location is great. There a lot of cafes and resterants around. The area is safe and close to Princess Wharf with ferries, Viaduct Harbour, Art Museum, Sky Tower.

Everything was amazing, including the club lounge, we loved that addition. The food and drinks were delicious, would definitely do that again. The view was incredible from our room too! And beds so comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

I loved your Hotel and location. No airport shuttle, I did message your hotel but no one replied to my messages. I picked up a taxi but it was very expensive. Recommend that you monitor your message board. Out of the 4 hotels I booked on the South Island yours was the only one that didn't reply back. ...
