"Large rooms"

"We were very impressed with this hotel. It’s close to lots of food places, convenience stores and lots of recreational parks that are absolutely beautiful with waterfalls lakes and awesome trails. The staff was exceptional in every way. Rooms were very clean and so nice. The breakfast was very good. Hot breakfast Included eggs , sausage, tater tots and gravy and biscuits. Belgian waffles, cereal, yogurt, se real choices of muffins , bagels and toast. Coffee as great! Choices of juices and milk. The lady working the breakfast kept it filled and clean. She was awesome. Smoking area for smokers with benches and beautiful view. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely visit again. All staff was very helpful and all smiles. Price for the area was very reasonable. Overall we totally enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Thanks to all the staff you were incredible! "

"I was booked to stay at oyo and upon arrival realized this is a weekly/monthly motel. A lot of sketchy people walking around and hanging outside their rooms. Couldn’t find an office. Eventually someone flagged me down from the quality inn to tell me to check in there. I asked the very nice desk man if I was able to switch hotels to the quality inn. It was $40 more but I would have gave him $100 more not to stay at oyo. The room at quality was clean. Bed was comfortable. Some wear and tear on furniture and bedding but I would put it worlds above oyo. I 100% do not recommend. I would have given all 1 stars if they couldn’t have transferred my reservation and the desk man wasn’t as nice as he was. "

"Terrible shower and put in a handicap room where the bathroom floor is rhe samw as the shower floor, nothing you have to step over. No phone in the room and workers behind the counter were always outside the doors smoking. I wouldnt recommend this place"

"We didn't eat breakfast there because everything was dirty.The room had brown stuff all over the walls and it wasn't stained. The bathroom was clogged with hair. If you like, I have pictures, it was absolutely disgusting."

"Guy at front desk couldn’t find my reservation. Wanted me to just pay again. After 30 minutes with hotels.com he finally found it. Not apologetic or polite. Won’t be back. "
