Apartments in Oak Ridge

"The room it self was comfortable, clean and spacious. The shower pressure was outstanding, bed was comfortable. Only issue was the 15 steps to the apartment needs a lot of love and repair. Also would benefit with lighting on the stairs. Parking is hit and miss with proximity to the apartment. All and all met our needs"

"The property was so convient to get back and forth to UT pool. No traffic all high access roads were easy to naviagate. Really nice to get to downtown for dinners. If you are swimming at states great place to stay."

"Everything was excellent but I would recommend putting up blinds or blackout curtains over the window. Since the unit is in the basement, you can see in the room from the sidewalk. Every time we walked by the window on the sidewalk, we could see in the unit, especially the bed and when it was dark outside and lights were on in the unit, it was an open book for individuals walking by.
