"Excellent place to stay with self, lighted parking, clean rooms, great mattress and really good breakfast. It is close to shopping, restaurants and hospitals. I stay every time I come to Knoxville. "

"The room was clean and had super comfortable and soft beds. We just had a 1 night stay and did not use any amenities or breakfast for we slept in. Clean in and out was easy. "

"The room was spacious, the kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, a sink, and cabinets, but nothing in the cabinets, no pan, or plates, or utensils. Our room had a dog smell in it. We knew the hotel is pet friendly, so shouldn't complain, but we didn't feel the pet odor in other pet friendly hotels. The lobby has a good coffee machine. The staff is friendly. It was ok stay for one night"

"Do not fall for the "cash option" to get a better rate if there is a chance you have to check out early- you won't get a refund! The place was average for a cheap hotel- bed was comfortable, it could use another table, unless you want your dinner plate on your computer, but I had to check out 4 days early and was refused a refund for the cash I paid for the last week I was there. Beware!"

"The pool area was dirty and very run down. The online pictures did not represent the buildings current condition. Also, there was an old pizza crust on the floor in our room when we arrived."

"Lobby area was nice enough, but hallways and other common areas were aged. Room was clean and comfortable as far as air conditioning, but severely outdated and needed a facelift, really the whole place aside from the lobby area does. Tub was cracked, sink was cracked, armchair in the room was worn. Shower barely had enough water pressure to make it out of the showerhead. Bathtub fixtures looked like they hadn't been changed out since the 90s. TV Remote had the batteries taped in and had to be slapped to work. Linens were clean and fresh, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast options were decent. Refrigerator and microwave in the room."
