The room was clean but the hand soap (basically empty) was labeled lotion and the lotion was labeled hand soap. In the morning, it was discovered the body wash was empty and there was no shower curtain. The one lamp in the room was on the desk. Prefer them on nightstands. Breakfast was starch heavy and basically gone with 20 minutes left. Otherwise, easy check-in and nice accommodations.

Well maintained, neat and clean, non smoking room. Very professional and helpful stand manager. Property is just 1.5 miles to Walmart and all major eating places.. keep up the good work. We’ll definitely visit again

Upon check in. I waited almost 20 mins. Granted it was 11:30 at night. I had to call the customer service line to even get someone to come to the desk. It took the customer service people calling the property for them to finally come and check us in. I wasn’t very happy about having to wait for them to come to the desk for check in. Someone should always be at the front to check people in even if it’s 11:30 at night in my opinion. I always use red roof in for my stays cause I like the rooms and it’s affordable. But sometimes affordability isn’t always the best to go if you don’t get the service you deserve. They need to fix the front desk problem.

Peaceful and quiet and easy check in

Absolutely wonderful. Peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping and Cumberland state park.

Comfy bed!

King size bed was very comfortable! Room was clean and we were able to park right in front of it. The hotel is a little old but still in good condition. We would stay here again. It’s close to the highway and places to eat.
