"Family rooms could do with a bit of refurb and bathrooms defo need updating. Shower head black mould and water sprayed everywhere, so did not use shower and had to have a quick bath. Staff were really nice"

"The room is superb and has everything you could desire. The bed is very comfortable. It has everything: an iron, a hair drier, a fridge with complimentary drinks and a tv. I collected the key from the shop. If I had not known I could get the key there I might have had a problem. The bathroom is very cold"
