"The hotel staff were so accommodating - we were arriving late after a concert in Glasgow and they so kindly left our key with the night manager. The room was clean and comfortable and the entrance and communal spaces have been really well looked after. "Last minute deal , firstly the food is good staff are fantastic bar person working really hard his name was mario he's was always pleasant even when people are rude , secondly our room had issue's not able to plug chargers in or hair straighteners because plug sockets are attached to the dresser i did speak to reception and they are going to sort this but the room was clean yes the carpets need changed but they where clean we would return "
