"The location is great with walk way along the river and it is closer to most shops for those that fancy home made food. Lots of parking space and it is secure. Notwithstanding, the Wifi was rubbish. Perhaps this was just something unusual because I told the staff, that I could not use the wifi due to low strength and constant disconnection."

"A truly lovely experience. It's nice that a hotel chain takes staffing numbers and training so seriously. The staff were excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The food was also top notch and my fillet steak was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was very clean. The only slight annoyance was dogs in the restaurant. As I am allergic, I don't think that policy is particularly fair."

"Very happy with this hotel, it was convenient to 2 train stations and the heart of downtown Glasgow. Room was great, big tv, clean, pretty quiet. Our room included breakfast, a nice surprise since we didn't know we were getting that and it was delicious! Wonderful selection and delicious food. "
