I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready. We were not the only ones waiting at least another 5 or 6...

"Staff in general were very helpful and friendly. Lovely location overlooking the loch. The cooked breakfast was very good. The spa was good, pool long enough to get a decent swim. Jacuzzi and steam room nice too. The only drawback was that the spa only has 4 cushioned loungers so many guests had nowhere to lounge and read their books on busy afternoons, and there was a bit of a scramble when a sunlounger became free. Adequate parking."
