"Stunning property with so many amenities and the most wonderful staff. Truly made us feel welcome. Concierge was so helpful. Loved the bar in the hotel for drinks before and after going out. Excellent cocktails and friendly bar tenders. Location was perfect. Tube station very close and walkable beautiful neighborhood. Will be back!"

"Overnight stay before an early morning flight. Room very comfortable and location for check in at T2 in the morning was literally 4-5 minutes to check in desk. PERFECT Location! I know London and airport prices are steep but please when you charge 12.5% service for food, have the decency to remove the line for a tip as well. If I have a similar flight again i would ABSOLUTELY stay here!!"

"Staff at front desk were not very helpful. The bellman was very helpful. He suggested we do self check in and we got our room. Front desks said we would have to come back later. If there was a breakfast included we were not offered it. But the view was fantastic!! "
