But everybody just move so quickly to fix everything for us even the owner phone us from out of the country to ensure everything was ok. "We couldn’t fault this resort. From start to finish and everything in between it was the best time we’d had on holiday ever. The resort is beautiful, clean, safe and everyone is so friendly and helpful. There was so much to do but we loved that a lot of this revolves around making the most of the beautiful ecological diversity of the region. Food options were plentiful, varied and very very good. No shortage of choice and all well cooked by amazing staff. The room was fabulous huge incredibly comfortable bed and my son was made to feel so welcome and part of the whole thing which was really special for us. He was made to feel comfortable and included and he had so much fun with the whole team especially Bryan and Kendely in the entertainment team and Emerson at the kayak bar. All the staff were amazing and I cannot recommend the resort highly enough. Embrace the beach and the local culture, enjoy the wildlife on offer and come you won’t regret it. "

"Margaritaville resort is a nice getaway for a few days. The rooms are nicer and the all inclusive option is well worth it. The Italian restaurant is top notch and so is banana bend restaurant. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. A shootout to Randall, Gabriel (servers) and Jonathan, Carlos (chefs) at Capprissicio. Highly recommend it "
