"Great option if you’re staying in the Zazil-Ha location of PDC. I loved my stay here. Person at the front desk 24/7. Rooftop pool and ocean view is tomorrow. I used the gym most days that I was here and loved that I was able to keep up with my workouts. Room has a nice little kitchen; I used the blender provided to make smoothies and juices in the am. Close to the action but peaceful and quiet. Jacob, one of the front-desk attendants was extremely helpful and kind. He’s the best! I’ll probably stay here again very soon!"

"The reef 28 was an excellent choice to stay in Playa De Carmen. The only drawback we had Pool access was under construction, but there accommodating by upgrading us to breakfast at the Hotel. We enjoy the amenities at the hotel and the walking distance to Quinta Avenida to all shops and restaurants. We will be traveling back again later this year in 2026..! Viva Mexico 🇲🇽"

"Had an amazing stay and will definitely be staying here again! Friend and i stayed here for 4-5 days and had an awesome experience. The employees were great and very accommodating of any request. It was my birthday and my friend told an employee, who then surprised me with a dessert and singing lol. I asked to use their fridge for my leftover ceviche and the next day they brought me a mini fridge up! The ppl at the front desk were awesome and answered every question thoroughly and gave perfect suggestions, especially Yari. He gave perfect restaurant suggestions and led us to our best meals in Playa this trip! A/C worked great, water nice and hot, comfortable beds, clean pools, nice patio. No issues at all."
