This is one of my favorite hotels in the whole PDC, Quintana Roo area of Mexico. This was my third time staying here and as a solo female traveler I always feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. I love the staff here; they're amazing! The rooftop is one of the most beautiful and peaceful spaces I've come across here. Steps away from the beach and a block away from 5th avenue, yet very quiet. Communication with the host has always been great for me. I love it here and I'm sure I will be back very soon.

Sea tower is a new building very close to 5th Ave and the beach in Playa del Carmen very safe to walk around, close to nice restaurants, room works perfect for us, comfortable,clean and the AC works great.

Good AC and nice kitchen. very small gym for 1 and small nice rooftop area. Very small clean condo building. Location is great. Water delivery service was the best ever. Not enough towels for 2. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Our room was facing a house with 🐕echoes,loud barking very early morning.

Great option if you’re staying in the Zazil-Ha location of PDC. I loved my stay here. Person at the front desk 24/7. Rooftop pool and ocean view is tomorrow. I used the gym most days that I was here and loved that I was able to keep up with my workouts. Room has a nice little kitchen; I used the blender provided to make smoothies and juices in the am. Close to the action but peaceful and quiet. Jacob, one of the front-desk attendants was extremely helpful and kind. He’s the best! I’ll probably stay here again very soon!

Location and property are wonderful. DO NOT book through Casago. They are a management company that have a few units in the building. Book directly. Casago team, was unresponsive, and requested cash from me which is clearly in the terms to never give cash at the property.

Overall the unit was descent. I would suggest maybe replacing the A/C filter, providing guests with bedding for the sofa bed and maybe extra towels. I understand it is not a hotel, but it is an inconvenience to carry those items in the luggage adding extra weight.

Check in was a little bumpy, but i give language barrier the reason for this. The room was very nice, nice design, new and clean. The only issue really was that the elevator wasn't working 2 days out of our 4 day stay....the pool and gym is located 7 floors up on the roof...that was an issue at first. We certainly got our exercise through this. Pool was well maintained and we mostly had it for ourselves, same for the gym, though there too, the treadmill was not working. I would recommend to a friend, and I would come back.

Close to restaurants and groceries and kitchen is fully stocked for make at home meals. Felt safe in the area. Close to beach. The room was clean and had a small table and chairs for sitting outside. I wouldn’t pay extra for the “ocean view.” The rooftop pool area could have been cleaned more often but it’s a nice area with a bbq if wanted.

The property is wonderful, and the units are completely well equipped. The issue is Casago, they are not good communicators and are scam-ish. Requesting cash, which is clearly stated in the terms that the property does not allow cash. They don’t respond, even calls from Expedia. The property has their own management, I suggest booking directly vs. through Casago, which just have a few units in the building.

Oppholdet var skuffende. Leiligheten var ikke som beskrevet, rengjøringen var mangelfull ved ankomst, skapene var skitne og fulle av maur, det var en kakerlakk, og det manglet vann.
