"My husband and I stayed from March 15-20th. We were greeted by Manuel upon check in and helped us to upgrade to El Beso. Our luggage was stored as we arrived before lunch and check in was at 3pm (which we anticipated). He also helped us make a dinner reservation for that evening. We were able to relax by the pool and have lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. Once we got to our room, it was very clean and quite spacious. Our luggage was delivered very quickly with a smile. Our dinner reservation was booked for later in the evening, so we ordered room service on the app. It was easy to order and the food came a lot faster than we expected. We ate at La Locanda (shoutout to servers Mario and Jose for great service!) that night and it was delicious. We also ate dinner at Blue Moon, Margarita (shout out to Michael for great service) and the Steak House (shoutout to Wilbert for great service!) and were happy with all of our meals. The buffet at breakfast and lunch were great options. We always found something we enjoyed. With our El Beso upgrade, we were able to have breakfast at Margarita and enjoyed that a couple of mornings. We ate lunches at Pez Vela (beach restaurant), La Petite Creperie and El Beso Snack and enjoyed all of our meals. We spent most of our days poolside. Shoutout to Lizbeth for keeping our drinks full and to William and Andres on the entertainment team for all the fun and for having games we could play from our chairs! An overall great time!!"

"When I looked up the information, the hotel looked very nice in the photos and the location is great. However, the room is very poor. It has a lot of humidity, the internet doesn’t work properly and keeps cutting out, and there is no fridge in case you want to store water or anything you’ve bought. The sheets and towels look old and have a bit of an unpleasant smell. The staff and front desk are very kind, attentive, and polite. However, the room is not worth it. Honestly, I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The price is okay, but for the same price you can find better options. Last month I came on another business trip and stayed at a place I think is called The Fifty — the price is about the same, maybe $3–$5 more per night, but the rooms are much larger and cleaner. They also have a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a rooftop with a pool and good service. In summary: excellent location, very friendly staff, but very poor rooms 👎 "

"We chose this hotel because Expedia gave us a great discount since we are gold members and it exceeded our expectations. It had everything that we needed for our stay and it is in a perfect location. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. The rooftop is nice as well. A little bit small in terms of space/it gets busy, but not the end of the world. Would definitely recommend staying. "

"Highly recommended if you have a car. Excellent value. Clean room. Breakfast above average for Yucatan - included protein (cheese, ham, boiled egg). Free parking. Quiet area. 8-10 min walk to Playa 72 and Playa 88 which are great free public beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Downsides: no restaurants close by, internet did not work"

"Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación , a 2 cuadras de la 5 avenida , tiene estacionamiento seguro, las personas de recepción muy amables , el estado de el hotel como tal es muy antiguo ,es de dos plantas ,solo escalera , las habitaciones son grandes tienen aire acondicionado , no tiene nada lujos , es súper básico pero por mi experiencia no la pasamos mal "
