Bed and Breakfast in Clapham

"The hotel is very comfortable. Good breakfast, and gym. All the staff were great, with the exception of one of the bar staff. I gave management feedback about how this person made a bad impression and distracted from an ongoing business meeting - they listened, apologised and gave me a free lunch. So they did all you could possible expect. Excellent customer relations. Thank you. I would stay again."

"Great stay at The Quays. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always made the effort to speak to you as you pass reception. As a guest of the hotel, we had discount in the restaurant which was a bonus also. Rooms were tidy, clean and spacious. And had good facilities such as iron, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo and kettle. Only thing was, you couldnt control the AC in the room, it was centralised."
