Leonardo Hotel has an excellent and helpful front desk staff and everyone we encountered had a smile and was very kind. Our room was very comfortable and had air conditioning!! Illy coffee is fabulous!

I was welcome to the hotel by Frankie who was exceptional and helpful in ensuring my stay was pleasant and relaxing The whole team reacted with friendliness and good service, particularly in the evening at the dinner I was attending as a guest The room was very comfortable and clean
