The hotel is situated in heart of New York Times Square. The lobby has grand appearance with winding stairs leading to rock star studded wall in the restaurant. We were bit short on time to enjoy the restaurant, but it is worth spending some time even just to have a cup of coffee. As everyone would say that Times Square is a very happening place that it takes away the time that one has in NYC – in a good way. The lifts also have the landmark of Hardrock hotel. We had an amazing time in NYC. The hotel was amazing, has that vintage style but the rooms inside are renovated. Staff were amazing as well very helpful, always there to greet us with beautiful smiles. We would definitely stay there again.

Fab hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Clean, modern, and well set up. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s totally expected in NYC, and you’re hardly in them anyway so it really wasn’t an issue. Staff were lovely, housekeeping was excellent and done daily. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again. Fab!

I would like to thank Morgan for his help during our stay. He has worked with the Nobleden hotel since its construction eleven years ago and his assistance was above and beyond all expectations.
We liked the location of the hotel and our room was spacious however lacking in storage for our belongings. There was coffee & tea supplied in the lobby area and also croissants but it would have been more convenient to have had coffee making facilities in the room. There are lots of eateries close by...
