"The room, facilities and breakfast were great. Everything you need for an overnight stop, clean, comfortable and the pool was rejuvenating after a flight. The only inconvenience was the airport pickup. Very poor to none on the communication from the hotel prior to arrival. I tried many times to contact them for the shuttle pickup point but got no response, hence it took me a long time & much frustration to find the shuttle. Shuttle back to the airport was very well organised."

"As expected of Hilton, service was very professional and business-like. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only downside was that my travel buddy and I were assigned rooms on different floors. This would normally not be an issue had we been able to freely roam but with the strict and secure access of room cards being limited to the floor of the assigned room, it required coordination if we wanted to meet and hang out in each other's room."

A little disappointed when I checked in and they gave me a room that's not ready but quickly the front desk switched to different rooms . "Excellent stay, however still some construction happening around the hotel area. It would be nice if there was a separate designated footpath for people to get from the hotel lobby to the main road and towards the shopping areas. Also, the shuttle bus should be running at 12:00pm (lunchtime) because that’s a busy period. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
