"It was a little hard to find as access seems to be on a mezzanine floor towards the end of the domestic side of Terminal 3. But once i got there I was warmly welcomed. They had also upgraded me to a suite which was fantastic. The room was lovely. The bed was big and extremely comfortable. Excellent bathroom with good shower. All power sockets were universal so accepted my UK plugs. There was a small desk with a decent chair enabling me to do some work comfortably. A minor gripe was the restaurant for breakfast on a mezzanine floor was quite small. There appeared to be some conference or similar going on so it was quite busy, I was able to find a seat however. The food was pleasant, focused, of course, on Indonesian foods. Overall a modern, clean and comfortable hotel. I will be using it again soon and I would certainly recommend it."

"Always a pleasure to stay in this iconic hotel of Jakarta. Although this is not the newest hotel (not to call it the oldest), the quality of the amenities, the quality of the service, the location and the amicable and genuinely nice staff makes it my number one choice when staying in Jakarta."

"Absolutely quiet hotel in an airport just steps from the international departures. Great breakfast buffet. Wide variety. Very friendly staff in the bar, the restaurant, and at the front desk."

"Convenient to airport and beautiful hotel with full amenities. Nothing in the immediate area so you would need to get transportation if you want anything outside what is offered by the hotel. They helped arrange transportation from the airport in addition to having a shuttle but we arrived after midnight and the arranged transportation was cheap and easy "

"Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. However the hotel is situated right next to a busy major road, and we can hear traffic noise well throughout the night, eventough the room is at 39th floor. The room also lack an area for vanity for the ladies. It is more suited for business travellers. The modern TOTO japanese toilet is quite complicated to figure out what each button does. There are no words, just symbols that sometimes doesn't explain well what the function is. Other than that, the warmth of the staff makes up for all the shortcomings. Overall a good stay but could be better, given the price tag of a 5 star hotel in the heart of the city."
