A very nice stay. Was here for two nights, beds where good, the garden and pool-are is great. A bit noicy between the neighbor-room, especially the children was making a rumble.

Wonderful

We booked two rooms in early Feb 2025 and the stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms Melati who has been very patience with all our queries and requests. The buffet spread and the coffee at the hotel cafe were fabulous. The location was conveniently located near a mall with cinema and Starbucks. We missed using the nice swimming pool at the hotel.

Warm and welcoming staff

Overall I had a great experience here. The room was very comfortable, but for me the standout was the friendliness of the staff, who were always on hand to help.

No worth the money

The hotel has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and linen. Breakfast is great. The pool area looks amazing, however there is a distinkt smell off sewage. You can’t relax there! Only to elevators makes queues everywhere and long wait.
