Clean amenities-filled apartment centrally located to dining, grocery store, shopping, beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Very central location in Sumner. So pleased we stayed an extra night so we could relax in our spacious room with a balcony. Our suite had everything one could need. I would stay again

We found the location was great, close to the beach, shops and restaurants and easy to get to downtown Christchurch. We ended up staying an extra day because of illness and Chelsea was extremely helpful in finding us a doctor.

Great location. Loved the private outside seating area. Free use of laundry. Sadly the TV Signal was lost throughout the motel. It would have been helpful if we were told this at checking. Things go wrong we understand. Fixed on day 2. Free Netflix. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable stay we would recommended it .

Fabulous location close to beach and amenities, with safe parking on site for guests. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. We had a great stay here and would love to stay again

Staff was great. We had not thought to bring electric converter and were able to borrow a charger. Beach was handy. Coffee Culture next door to hotel had amazing coffee and great conversation. Everything was great.

Lovely place to stay- 2 mins walk to the beach, everything you need is in the motel. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent if you have dogs..... especially a downstairs room with a small courtyard. The dogs are allowed inside too.

Wow! The friendliest welcome we have ever received 😊 Apartment is neat and tidy and has everything we need. The pretty quilts on the bed make it feel like we are guests in someone's home and not in a motel.
