Socks under desk, curtains dont fit, toilet water rises every flush , not cleaned very well for a motel, dysty and dirty abobe shelf in kitchenette. They gave us milk each day when we asked then all of a sudden no, so had to get our own, always had to ask for tea bags. They did change our towels daily and wipe around the bath room no blow dryer or power point in bathroom for one.very tired motel Handy to city, we only slept there as out all dsy

Showing signs of age and in need of updating Showers are a bit of a risk as you have to step up and down to get in or out and can be a bit slippery especially for the elderly

Very run down, little insulation,so can hear next door very well. And people upstairs. Noisy water system. Extremely tight parking. And paid for a room with queen bed and single bed. Got a sofa bed,which was small.

No teaspoons or drinking glasses provided - only wine glasses and coffee mugs. Nothing matched - crockery or cutlery. Asked for our room to be serviced - beds weren't touched, kitchen wasn't touched. Tea/coffee wasn't refilled in our 3 day stay. One out of 3 towels was changed.... Room was dated decor wise. But was sunny and office staff helpful - hairdryer stopped working and was replaced straight away.

Nothing like the photos online for the room we had booked. The bathroom was tiny and dirty with someone else’s hair on the bench in the bathroom. The shower had less pressure than a man with prostrate issues and the kitchenette had no sink, meaning you had to fill the jug from the dirty hand basic which had rusty caps on it and was less than half a metre from the toilet. Couldn’t wash our dishes properly in the bathroom sink and left them rinsed the first night, arrived back the next day to find the just rinsed not washed dishes back up on the shelf in the kitchen with a bit of food still on it for the next time it’s used. Holes in the wall were another interesting feature along with woeful lighting. Don’t recommend.

Staff were attentive and provided everything we asked for. Rooms were old and you could see areas that had been patched and repainted. Carpet was stained. But overall good value for money.

While an older property, it was very clean, and this included a mid-stay replacement of towels etc. which was great given I was only there for two nights. Excellent location, close to amenities.
