Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Family Penthouse was spacious & luxurious, clean & very well equipped, comfy beds, awesome spa bath & excellent space for our family of 6. Conveniently located near Richmond Mall. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome service. We extended our stay using Wotif app and this wasn’t communicated to the motel. Fortunately they had a room and moved a bed into the lounge for our son. Brilliant service thank you.

Would not reccommend
Stayed for one night and would never go back. Mold all over the blinds in every room, mold all on the floor in the bathroom, no ventillation in the so there was heaps of condinsation leaking everywhere and out of the lights was brown droplets, cracks in the walls and roof, heat pump barely works, pillows were old and clumpy and the whole place smelt terrible. Lounge was old and cracked and was facing the toilet which was not pleasant. Very unhappy. Only plus side was staff in reception was nice when i went to ask for more toilet paper because they only gave us 1 roll for 4 people.

We loved our stay. Me, my wife and our 9 month girl loved the place. Our baby slept throughout the night with ease. We were provided with a portacot without even asking and we requested a late checkout which was accommodated really well. Staff/owner were really friendly and helpful. Had the best spa bath with the fancy twin shower heads which was the main feature and the best that I’ve come across with many hotel/motel and resort stays. Free parking available and close to malls and restaurants. Heat pump/aircon was on point and the kitchenette was really handy. We found our room really quiet even though it’s centrally located. We would love to stay again.

We checked in late at night with a baby and arrived to a nice cosy room as they had put the heat pump on for us. Nice modern amenities and gad everything we needed for a one night stay.

Very unassuming outside, but the room inside was lovely. Very clean, and the concerns I had about noise (being on a busy road) were unwarranted - it was lovely and quiet. Friendly hosts too!

Tidy, nice and spacious. Was able to put a porta cot up in our studio room and easily slept 2 adults a toddler and baby. Staff were friendly, would stay again.

Comfy bed in a quiet shady back room (#02) away from the road, overlooking a small private garden. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with spa bath. Amazing value. I'll be back.
