Tidy and clean and as described. Was nice and quiet too as we have stayed in hotels in Bealey Ave that were noisy

This was a very comfortable place to stay. My partner and I have agreed that we will return here if we are to stay in Christchurch again. It is nice and quiet, despite being on the main road. We had easy access onto Riccarton road, and parking on site was easy and maneuverable. The spa room was worth the extra penny, we highly recommend staying here.

Staff were amazing. We had to change plans due to the cyclone and they kept a room for us in case we couldn't get a flight back to Napier. Loved our room, very comfy bed and great shower. Will definitely be staying there again.

The staff were lovely, and the room was nice BUT the shower had very low pressure and was virtually a dribble. I'm also not a fan of ironing boards with no legs so you have to get onto the floor to iron something.

Microwave didnt work, power point in bathroom didnt work and noisy with 2 nights out of the 4 woken up by people outside drinking.

When you came and told me that the microwave didn't work i replaced it straight away. With the plug in the bathroom not working which i didn't know about until you said, i couldn't get an electrician in until the day you checked out, but i did give you an extension cord so you could straighten your hair, which you told me you were happy with that. It is out of my control what other guest do, but you could have rung me and i would have told them to be quiet. I think you are not a happy traveler and like to complain even thou i fixed your problems.
