Every aspect of our stay was excellent — from the food, room, bed, and washroom to the gym and dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made this one of the best hotel stays we’ve had."

"Arrived at 9pm, to find that the bar and restaurant finished serving food at 9.15. So keep in mind to get something on route if you’re going to be late. No WiFi in hotel, which was still the case in the morning. Would recommend asking for a room on side away from train station as loud noises to late from the station. Rooms are dated but have all amenities, good coffee maker, and nice touch of fresh milk, biscuits, bath robes and toiletries. Would stay again due to cloesness to station, ideal for a single night, but would request quieter room."

"I have stayed here a few times the facilities are good the menu doesn't set the world alight but its ok, breakfast is fairly basic, the coffee needs more coffee and the staff need to interact with the guests more - no eye contact no good mornings as they pass the service is perfunctory, the spa gym team were friendly and chatty but the bar and restaurant staff definitely need some customer service refreshers."
