"We usually stay here if we are in the Manchester area. Rooms are decent. Breakfast is good & it’s very close to the Trafford centre. We had an issue this time on the first night as the air con unit wasn’t working. When we said the following day - it couldn’t be fixed so Shannon moved us to a different room. She was very helpful and these are the kinds of things that make you go back to a hotel. "
