"Had a lovely stay, staff lovely, I booked two rooms, was hoping for connected rooms as I was with my adult children, one room for myself and my son who has sever learning difficulties, and one room for my daughter, but to start with we were on seperate floors, I asked if at least we could have rooms on the same floor, as i didnt want my daughter on her own, which was done for us so that was great, rooms were nice,breakfast very good, thank you"

Property is great, features are good, great transportation access, good staff. Now that I’ve stayed a few times the (very) little things start to bother me. They could do with upgrading the in-room TV entertainment experience, and I’m noticing the room cleaning is starting to slip a bit (carpets with old stains, non working secondary lights etc.). Just small stuff, but worth addressing to keep up a high standard."
