"This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel."

"Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! "

"1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning.
