"Room was spacious. Also an electric massage chair was part of the room. Shower was spectacular. Air conditioning was working fine. Room was cleaned on a daily basis"

"The breakfast buffet were AWESOME to start the day for long walks & rigorous tour ahead. The hotel is @ the center of everything. Don Quijote was a walking distance to shop for souvenirs. 711 was almost @ the hotel for easily obtaining simple essentials. Restaurants & fast food were easily accessible & affordable. The hotel provides a weighing scale which I believe a necessity for addicted shoppers like me. I would definitely recommend HOTEL GRACERY SHINJUKO. We experienced an earthquake which I heard is very normal in Japan hence the elevator was out of order in the morning & we had to use the staircase from the 26th floor, fortunately it was fixed when we returned from our tour. Thankfully, I’m 63 years old but still able & mobile."

"L’hébergement est très propre et moderne. Notre chambre est au 26e étage avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal dans Shinjuku, proche de toute activité, commerce, restaurant ou métro. Les seuls bémols sont la literie à ressort qui n’est pas très confortable et l’air conditionné qui soiffle trop fort sur le lit. Dans l’ensemble l’hébergement est recommandé si vous voulez être au cœur de la ville."

"Stayed 9 nights. It’s one block away from the Tsukiji Market. Plenty of boutiques restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A local lunch spot is one block away on the right after you exit the hotel. You can get a lunch box for just 600 yen. 15-20 minutes to walk to Ginza shopping district and all flat roads. Couple metro stations are also nearby and easy to navigate to other areas like Tokyo station, Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Asakusa, etc. Haneda airport is closer to the hotel."
