"Excellent location, in the middle of Shinjuku, near different train / metro station exit. There is an airport bus terminal next building. The staff is helpful and polite. As this is a multi-storey hotel (27 floor), there are lots of guests going up and down. Please make sure to reserve time to check out. (The hotel has kindly notice in advance)"

"The location of the hotel was perfect, it is in the heart of Shinjuku and close to everything. In addition, the hotel has a limousine bus that goes directly to the airport. "Amazing hotel, great service at a great price, located near major stations to get everywhere in Tokyo quickly. Amenities were restocked daily. Only issue was the washer/dryers. Not enough of them plus they do not dry your clothes if you have a large load of clothes. Otherwise, amazing, would stay here again."

"Several key points made this hotel a great stay: the location is preferred by those who do not wish to track their luggage through the train system of Tokyo. The rooms are incredibly quiet to outside noise, zero noise from outside. Their are over a dozen different restaurants within T3 as well as giftshops and a Lawsons. The breakfast was consistently tasty and had lots of variety. The staff was superb and professional, especially the housekeeping and front desk attendants. And the Tokyo monorail is RIGHT THERE in T3 providing immediate access to ALL of the country via rail."
