"Housekeeping were great, but the front desk were not very helpful. Asked for trash bags and said they didn’t have any but when I asked housekeeping, they gave me some. Also, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. There’s no power to the unit. The water in the sink came out extremely hot and would take a while to cool down to normal temperature. Got a deal on the booking so I got what I paid for but for a downtown spot the theme in the decorations were okay. Not Hilton or Doubletree usual work."

"I decided to stay here because it is the newest property but the property was dirty. The restaurants, we did the buffet for dinner and the 24/7 for breakfast and food was ok but you could see how dirty everything was. The room as soon as we open the door had a pee smell. The pool closed for kids at 6pm when check in is only at 4pm, not convenient at all if you are staying with children. Overall very disappointed with the experience."

"There is no justification for $7 bottle water in the hotel lobby or $55 per night valet parking. Only tells the hotel only wants to exploit customers. It is not about cost but I what one gets for it. Sonesta will not be my first choice in the future"

"The property itself wasn't very clean. The trash cans that they had outside were overflowing. The rooms are outdated along with the linen. There's cigarette Burns in the comforter, food was stuck in the remote from the previous guest. That was beyond disgusting. They have an oval toilet which I have at home with the round seat and lid which does not make any sense. Never seen something like that. It's very odd. There is a little peephole in the corner of the shower by the shower head. It's about a 2-in diameter screened hole. My wife and I saw that and thought that was extremely unusual, especially where it was placed. The elevator had graffiti on the stainless portions that had not been removed. The staff was very kind and that's the only plus for this particular location. Extremely disappointed on the condition of this hotel. Clearly the owner or property manager does not put any money into it."
